While Cognocys Professional Services is the primary line-of-support during implementations, the Cognocys Care program was designed to meet the long-term needs of our customers.

Business Care

Immediate access to a Cognocys Care representative during business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time).

  • Management and tracking of product defect correction
  • Business-driven resolution priority as dictated by Cognocys Severity Level protocol
  • Technical advice
  • Rights to future product upgrades including major, point-level releases
  • Problem reporting, tracking, monitoring and resolution
  • Remote dial-in capabilities for problem analysis and resolution
  • Telephone support for questions on the use of the product

Includes all of the benefits outlined in the Business Care service plus:

  • 24 x 7 x 365 coverage
